1） 采用特殊工作台，可以放置各种类型的周转箱和垃圾桶；

2） 自动卷纸机构，确保烫金纸能够准确的输送；

凸出产品表面的物体的烫金是比较常见的， 图示的是高宝公司最新完成的一款烫金产品，由于在突出的图案上面烫印一层镭射烫金膜，整个礼品包装盒的档次得到显著提高。

我们选用了下述工艺要素：

1） KC-H-TC4050LPR 大压力平面烫金机， 该款机器安装了光栅装置，安全性得到很大提高；

2)    采用了铝制夹具；

3） 采用了上海申越的镭射烫金膜。

由于该包装盒烫印面积大，压力太小的烫金机根本无法完成， 只有采用KC-H-TC4050LPR这种特质的烫金机才能达到要求。
